Offered in a wide array of shapes, designs and sizes, Melton Classics offers a low maintenance Architectural Urethane™ polyurethane louver to enhance any architectural style. Our polyurethane louvers are offered in ventilating and non-ventilating designs. Functional ventilating louvers have openings between the slats, and are covered on the inside with noncorrosive screening to allow unobstructed air flow and keep insects out. Decorative non-ventilating louvers are provided in one solid piece and do not allow air to flow through them. Decorative casings and keystones are also available to enhance the appearance of your Architectural Urethane™ louvers.

Essentially Maintenance Free Polyurethane Louvers

Architectural Urethane louvers are manufactured in the USA from high density polyurethane with a similar density to white pine. Architectural Urethane™ is also easier to install than wood and will not rot, splinter or separate, and is impervious to insects. To reduce installation cost, Architectural Urethane™ polyurethane millwork products are also factory double painted to be essentially maintenance free.
